Sunil Mahindru

Expert in combining traditional and modern research methodologies to maximise penetration across all markets.

Experience

18 years in executive search, with 14 years working for Heidrick & Struggles.

Specialisms

Worked globally across the entire C-suite with a focus on strategy, operations, technology, digital, HR and finance. Managing and leading high-performance teams in research functions both nationally and internationally for tier-one executive search firms. Offering a blended approach to methodology by combining telephone-based research with new disruptive technology.


Alan Velecky

Head of Psychology

Expertise

Chartered Business Psychologist with expertise in leadership assessment, coaching, and development. Experienced in talent management and organisational design solutions.

 

Experience

Over 20 years’ experience working with senior leaders and executives in global organisations across public and private sectors. For the last 15 years Alan worked for both Kaisen and Deloitte as a Client Director and Sector Lead for Public Sector, Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare, and Professional Services.

Working with organisations to identify the capabilities that underpin excellent performance and translating these into leadership frameworks.  Assessing leaders from first line supervisors to C-suite, using in-depth interviewing and psychometric tests, to identify core strengths and potential derailers.
